Who meetha bhi hai
par thoda khutta bhi hai
gudgudata bhi hai
par itna rulata bhi hai
roti hui aankhon mein
khushi ke aansu lata bhi hai
mar rahe kisi apne mein
jeene ki aas jagat bhi hai
jane kitni aankon mein
lakhon sapne jagata bhi hai
sab kuch deta hai yaroon
par chhin jane ka dar lata bhi hai
kabhi main ise dhoondhne niklta hoon
kabhi ye mere peeche aata bhi hai

pyar ..................

Mobile Phones:Use it but Be Alert

Posted on Mar 26, 2008 under General

Today Lets talk about a day to day activity
----Using Mobile phones for talking to our friends for joy, talking to clients for business ,talking to near & dear ones, for Internet, for Alarms & so on.......... there will be a long list
Each of us can associate with it.Its comman and a requirement of today. But if we question our self...How much is the need ,Is there any harm in usage or are we cautious???

Lets talk about some studies which tell how harmful  mobile usage can be

*People using mobile phones for more than four years and longer than 30 minutes a day  are at risk of developing hearing loss particularly at higher speech frequencies

*Mobile phone radiations may damage body cells but no evidence yet

*
In the case of a person using a cell phone, most of the heating effect will occur at the surface of the head, causing its temprature to increase by a fraction of a degree

*Some users of mobile handsets have reported feeling several unspecific symptoms like tingling sensations in the skin of the head and extremities, fatigue, sleep disturbances, dizziness, loss of mental attention, reaction times and memory retentiveness, headaches, malaise, tachycardia (heart palpitations), to disturbances of the digestive system. Reports have noted that all of these symptoms can also be attributed to stress.

* Some studies say excessive Mobile usauge may cause cancer but no evidence yet

SOME FACTS

The communications protocols used by mobile phones often result in low-frequency pulsing of the carrier signal.Premature cataracts have not been linked with cell phone use, possibly because of the lower power output of mobile phones. No evidence of cancer or typical health trouble yet

Prevention is better than cure.Use mobiles but when actually required not all the time for fun.

SWOT

SWOT :Strenght Weakness Oppertunities Threats

Most of professionals would have come across this word very often. But do we really do SWOT analysis!!!! .. Answer will be different from different people. Some do it some don't.Some do it but don't do anything with this analysis to improve their professional as well as personal lives.

As everyone knows if we know our strengths we can utilize them in our lives to perform better and achieve higher goals. If we know our strengths and oppertunities then we can use these strengths to grab those oppertunities and make use of them.We can get rid of our threats/avoid them by using our strengths.Similer is if we know our weakness we can convert it to our strength in future,we can improve in those areas with someone's help.If we know how our weakness can make our threats really happen then we can do our best to avoid these happenings.

So Friends, today lets do our SWOT analysis. If u dont want to share ur weakness no problems.Lets find out our strengths and oppertunities and plan for a better future.

Please share ur views, strengths, goals and stratergies.

Smile: ek pyari si hasi..

Posted on Mar 17, 2008 under General

Har sundar chahre ke peeche mat bhago
Na jane kab koi dhokha de jaye
Har waqt rupae paise ke liye mat bhago
Ho sake to khud aisa ban jana yaron
Ki tumhe hasta dekh har chehre par hasi aa jaye
Marte to roj hain ghut ghut ke yarron
shayad hasne muskurane se jeene ka ehsas aa jaye

I am not a good writer so please correct and add ur thoughts and lines But with only and only one condition with SMILE :)
