Many a times we find ourselves right in the middle of a storm. We see nothing is working in our favor. We see our loved ones and near ones are growing apprehensive about our own abilities. We get this feeling like our life is of no use. We feel like our existence or non-existence doesn't make any difference. All of us go through such time at some stage of our life. Many call it rough patch but think again. Is it really as rough as we are making it look? Maybe not. How do we decide if a time is rough for us or good? What actually is a rough time or good time? It's nothing but a state of mind. When certain things take place, people say it was destined to be. But how? Who made it be so? We - our deeds. Whatever happens or occurs in our life, understandable or inexplicable, all things are subsequent to our previous deeds. Nothing bad is destined or nothing good is pre-written. So if things are not looking pretty, maybe it's the time to have a look at yourself. No one is born evil or no one is born genius. It is just how we perceive things in our life and what we want to make of our life. When everybody is looking down upon you that is the time to rise above all. That is the time to introspect to bring out your hidden talent, your strength. Think of a thing that a man really wants and he can't get. Nothing. There is nothing we cannot achieve with all we have. But we need genuine will power to make it happen. First, one has to believe in oneself. Only then can one make other people believe. Truly said, you cannot build your credit on what you are going to do. So let your deeds speak. Look inside you and open your eyes to a new self-realizing world. Your whole world lies within you. So when the outer world has come to its limit, find a shelter in your inner-self. Explore your soul. Make a promise to yourself to change the tides in your favor and let your action do the rest. It can be quite a difficult task to overcome all those negative vibes that surroundings might be suggesting to you. But sometimes listening to your own heart is better than going by what others have in their might. You cannot hold them wrong too. You might have made some mistakes but that is not the end point. It's never too late to make a new beginning. Life is full of opportunity. If you can't see them, then create them. But don't let negative forces overpower you. When all around you are pulling you down, cut all those strings of doubts and fly high. Prove yourself against all the odds, for that period will count the most important in your life when you were all alone and when you came out as the winner. When everybody writes you off that is the time to show best of you. So what are you waiting for? Let's enter that new world and have a new start.

Pride of Performance does not represent ego. It represents pleasure with humility. "The quality of the work and the quality of the worker are inseparable." Half-hearted effort does not produce half results; it produces no results. Three people were laying bricks. A passerby asked them what they were doing. The first one replied, "Don't you see I am making a living?" The second one said, "Don't you see I am lying bricks?" The third one said, "I am building a beautiful monument." Here were three people doing the same thing who had totally different perspective on what they were doing. They had three very different attitudes about their work. And would their attitude affect their performance? The answer is clearly yes. Excellence comes when the performer takes pride in doing his best. Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it, regardless of what the job is, whether washing cars, sweeping the floor or painting a house. Do it right the first time, every time. The best insurance for tomorrow is a job well done today. Michelangelo had been working on a statue for many days. He was taking a long time to retouch every small detail. A bystander thought these improvements were insignificant and asked Michelangelo why he bothered with them. Michelangelo replied, "Trifles make perfection and perfection is no trifle." Most people forget how fast you did a job, but they remember how well it was done.

Human life is very precious. Each day is a new beginning. God has bestowed on all of us many gifts and it is up to us, how we take things in our life. This world itself is very beautiful. We are born into this world and have people around to love and care for us. Just imagine how it would have been if we were born as animals or any other creature. It is only human beings who can think and express emotions in the form of words. The other creations have emotions, though they cannot express them. So we should be indeed grateful to God for giving us this beautiful Life. Nowadays we hardly bother to show our gratefulness, not only to God but also to our parents and elders, which is even more painful. We forget the fact that even we are bound to undergo the same stages they have experienced in Life. Youthfulness and energy, which we boast about, is transient. Life is too short to keep grudges and hatred. Let us try to avoid people who tend to make us unhappy, rather than arguing with them. As it is said, we waste a lot of energy while arguing. The most important fact is that it's always easier to make a person understand when his/her mind is calm. We also waste a lot of our time in waste talks especially gossiping, back biting, etc., which isn't really good. Even I tended to do the same until I realized I shouldn't do that. It's a human tendency, however it is very important to reduce it. Instead, let this life be used for some good purposes.

" The important thing in life is to have a great aim, and the determination to attain it." " What makes my dream supreme is because I am its host and I am the one that'll make it gleam." " Sometimes we have to lose big, maybe even in front of millions of people, to win big in life." " Decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it. Establish your priorities and go to work." " We will either find a way, or make one." " Recipe for greatness - To bear up under loss, to fight the bitterness of defeat and the weakness of grief, to be victor over anger, to smile when tears are close, to resist evil men and base instincts, to hate hate and to love love, to go on when it would seem good to die, to seek ever after the glory and the dream, to look up with unquenchable faith in something evermore about to be, that is what any man can do, and so be great." " I understand all too well about just not feeling good enough, not feeling your best and I know there are people out there know just what I mean - having that one thing on your mind that holds you back. Now don't see this as a ball and chain or an anchor holding you in place, see this as an old, fraying length of string that can be snapped with the right strength and frame of mind - that will and determination to break through that barrier and keep yourself on a mental high. Once you get on that high, you'll always have something to keep you from feeling your worst, that knowledge that you, yourself have the power to make yourself feel invincible again. You've proved it before so you can prove it again!" " Fate is a hunter. If something is supposed to happen, it will find you!" " Through action, our potential becomes our identity; our dreams become our life." " Through action, our potential becomes our identity; our dreams become our life." " Think beyond and you will go beyond." " When you believe, it is only a dream; when you take action, it is a reality." " Like GOLD which becomes purer when passed through FIRE, like the pure form of CARBON when polished and cut, turns into beautiful DIAMOND, like a tiny SEED which faces the harsh elements to become a huge TREE, like LEARNING to swim you need to immerse yourself in WATER, Human Beings have to face CHALLENGES & COMPETITION in order to make a DIFFERENCE in others & their LIFE. So don't wait, take a plunge." " You have two choices in this life for everything thing you confront, give up and quit or press on with enthusiasm." " We mustn't run away from our battles because sooner or later we will have to face them one way or another. If that's the way it is, why not now?" " Positive, Positive, Positive. Positive People Live Prosperous Lives! Keep Your Environment and Your Space Positive." " Never give up on your dreams - someday, somehow, somewhere you will find them." " The creative mind is the mind of possibilities. Whatever the mind can achieve, the world will see. What you think about and dream are real things that will revolutionize the present times and future." " Sometimes we only strive to ever get better in our lives. The important thing is not that we reach the ultimate goal but that we keep traveling the journey, one that is now so different from when we began it." " Try now. Try again. Try one more time." " Make your own path called success, which has an undisclosed destiny, but never forget to cross the checkpoints called achievements." " Fortune smiles on those who have courage to carry on and it is a commodity which is available to everybody within himself." " To me, my true success is how many people have achieved their best, how many are happy and live a better life, just because I walked the face of this earth." " Do what you can, when you can, the best you can." " Mankind can be divided in three categories: Those who are immoveable, those who are movable and those who MOVE. Always be in the third category." " Life can sometimes be tough and you might stumble and fall but remember... when you fall, fall forward." " We mustn't run away when things get hard. We should believe in ourselves and always fight it out. Only then will we achieve our dreams, as success belongs to those who believe." " Greatness is the man who walks a thousand miles shoeless, who has challenged himself to realize that there is a very dim light burning inside of him, then takes this dim opportunity and creates a beacon." " We don't know who we are until we see what we can do." " Dreams that flow from a determined heart cannot be frozen by adversity, as the water that flows from the spring cannot congeal in winter." " When it rains, all the birds fly for shelter. But the eagle alone avoids the rain by flying above the clouds. Problem is common to all, but attitude makes the difference."

" If it's worth a dream, then it's not worth a compromise." " I'm like rust. Rust never sleeps. No matter how people push me, like rust, I never give up because rust always gets what it wants. It finds its way through every corner, even ones you didn't expect. You can call me anything, but like rust, I'll get you sooner or later - but I will definitely get you. So don't rest, because I'm not." " Success is finding your passion and living it daily." " If you try hard enough, there is nothing you can't do; the second time is always easier." " Ideas… plus Enthusiasm… plus ACTION… will amount to Significant Results, if you go after a VISION with belief that IT'S possible - on a daily basis." " There is always a space at the top of the mountain." --People around me used to say that the course I was taking was a tough one. But in my view, if you work hard, no one will stop you from achieving your destiny. " Opposition is a natural part of life. Just as we develop our physical muscles through overcoming opposition, such as lifting weights,we develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity." " It is the nature of man to rise to greatness if greatness is expected of him." " The entrepreneur is essentially a visualizer and an actualizer... He can visualize something, and when he visualizes it he sees exactly how to make it happen." " The first requisite for success is the ability to apply your physical and mental energies to one problem incessantly without growing weary." " Continuous effort, not strength or intelligence, is the key to unlocking our potential." " Life doesn't require that we be the best, only that we try our best." " Courage is dealing with a tough situation by going through it with strength and being prepared and coming out undefeated." --This is a quote written by my younger brother. We all deal with tough situations everyday but having courage to face whatever challenges you allows you to gain strength. You can be undefeated in any circumstance, it all depends on how you look at it. " I have BIG dreams in my small eyes."

As Lao-Tzu said, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." So what if that first step is a little painful? You see, if you want to accomplish something, there are two kinds of pain you might encounter: the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. Whenever you take that first step toward a new goal, you often experience the pain of discipline: the pain of hard work, the pain of sacrifice, as you single-mindedly pursue your dream. On the other hand, if you don't go after your dreams, you might experience an even greater type of pain: the pain of staying stuck, which eventually turns into the pain of regret. Remember, as Sydney J. Harris wrote, "Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable." When you're really ready to make a change in your life, you'll find, as writer Anaiis Nin did, that the "risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." The great thing about discipline is if you discipline yourself on a daily basis, eventually something "magical" will happen, almost without your realizing it-one day, the discipline will turn into desire. A runner who "makes" herself run on a daily basis, one day gets up "wanting" to run. The same holds true for writing, public speaking, or anything else. So today, start that project, make that call, do what you need to do to begin. Here's a guarantee: If you work through a little pain, you'll see a little progress.

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it. Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart. Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of the crowd and said "Why, your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine." The crowd and the young man looked at the old man's heart. It was beating strongly, but it was full of scars. It had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn't fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces were missing. The people stared -- how can he say his heart is more beautiful, they thought? The young man looked at the old man's heart and saw its state and laughed. "You must be joking," he said. "Compare your heart with mine. Mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears." "Yes," said the old man, "yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love - I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren't exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared." "Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn't returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges -- giving love, is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?" The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect young and beautiful heart and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands. The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man's heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges. The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautiful than ever, since love from the old man's heart flowed into his.

If you never felt pain, Then how would you know that I'm a Healer? If you never went through difficulties, How would you know that I'm a Deliverer? If you never had a trial, How could you call yourself an overcomer? If you never felt sadness, How would you know that I'm a Comforter? If you never made a mistake, How would you know that I'm forgiving? If you knew all, How would you know that I will answer your questions? If you never were in trouble, How would you know that I will come to your rescue? If you never were broken, Then how would know that I can make you whole? If you never had a problem, How would you know that I can solve them? If you never had any suffering, Then how would you know what Jesus went through? If you never went through the fire, Then how would you become pure? If I gave you all things, How would you appreciate them? If I never corrected you, How would you know that I love you? If you had all power, Then how would you learn to depend on me? If your life was perfect, Then what would you need Me for?
THANK YOU GOD!
