lol. Tikona trying to save them by putting an appreciation. I am sure this is the first customer out of all 4 lakh customers of tikona giving appreciation. I am sure he is not technically savvy like us who can identify how tikona is fooling its customers :-)

Your customer care sucks big time. They register complaint as information and close the request without informing customer. I was fooled by your customer care. I called them to disconnect user ID 1102634267 and they raised complaint and next day when I chose technical support they said there isnt an...y request for disconnection. I called again and spoke to supervisor of billing dept customer care and he promised me callback from tech lead who is yet to call me lol. If you are reading this, please raise a request to disconnect 1102634267. Contact me on 9764392074 if you want verbal request. I am also going to send email to customercare now for the same hoping they will respond soon as I dont trust phone support now. Guys whoever is reading this review, tikona sucks and I would suggest not to choose as their customer care don't read your emails and start reading those when your bill is overdue :-D from my experience in Bangalore. When I chose tikona 2 yrs ago everything was fine but now with many customers, tikona doesnt care for customer satisfaction and also getting out of bandwidth with 4 lakh customers in Pune. Also they take 45 days for disconnection and only 3 days for installation lol.Read More

Never pay by cash to such executives. always pay by cheque so you can catch them. Tikona really sucks as they dont provide the promised bandwidth to customers and minting money. Its not worth spending on tikona.
