Totally useless product.  They say computer controlled. It is bluff.  Nothing of that sort.  The filter change alarm is set to 2000 hours.  After replacement you have to reset. else it shows false alarms.   Spares not properly maintained.  Always want to rob the users to pay for their franchise....Read more

It is unfortunate that your food processor blades were broken soon. Normally Turmeric and Sugar are the two hardest substances to be ground by a mixer. (Probably Maharaja mixer is the only one claims that it can powder turmeric as such). When you wanted to grind turmeric, it should be roasted and po...unded to approximately 1 inch pieces before grinding in food processor. Please refer to the manual of instructions of the processor. If you did follow that but still the processor did not work well, I can agree with your issues and Phillips needs to improve. Otherwise please have this tip when you try grinding turmeric.
