what they are quoting is price at which they are selling. + shipping charges. From there the products will go to different countries. Now how much customs duty is added depends on that particular country (in our case Indian authorities). So on item of category 'A' they may charge upto 30-40%... extra where as category 'B' they may charge 'Zero'. so it depends on the category of the product. But even after maximum duty still it may be less than what a local stockist sells since the stockist will add his margins (+ interest on capital). But do not expect too much cheap for branded products.Read More

It might be possible that all my deliveries were fast because I stay at Indore , relatively big city. Pl. check with cus.care before ordering, especially if you stay in small towns.

feel sorry for his experience. used hs18 myself but did not face this problem. May be it is that you should not go for certain products online atall. or if you have to go, go only if a reputed manufacturer had online store. For example if I need to buy some textiles, unless it is century/Raymond/Bom...bay Dyeing I am not sure what does the company name means. Even when you go to showroom in Indore, some times the salesman says'sir this is a bombay factory' or 'surat factory' for us Indorians anything other than Indore is OK! But the way review was written was humorous. I think god creates these situations so that others know how humourous one can be especially under difficult situations. true. JJM is a reputed shop in mumbai. actually if i remember right one of my friend had ordered some thing and later changed his mind to some better(and slightly expensive) model. he spoke to them and agreed to that. means they are flexible people as well.
