I am updating my review after my 4 years wIt with skylark. The worst experience ever. Nothing better than the local c class builders in bangalore. These guys are cheats. The last thing they care about is their customers. I regret my decision to go with skylark.

Very true , I have two consecutive bad experience with flipkart on high value electronics.

This builder is the one to avoid for sure. They are only good at initial phase of the project. Later , when the project progress, they don't care for the customers. Worse, not even repos ding to queries and requests. The only communication you get from them are payment requests. If you bought an apa...rtment of a specific design, and found something else is going on, don't be surprised. They will not care to clarify you.
At esta, they made a good structure. But the interiors are all cheap Chinese stuff, bath room fittings, tiles and every other stuff, unknown Chinese brands. Customers are not involved in selection unlike other popular builders in Bangalore. They reason everything they do, but even a child can understand these are funny pure business minded business executives. If you are lured by their Lowe than market rates for the new project Ithaca, be prepared for big surprises very soon. Skylark proved to be no better than c class builders in Bangalore. False promises for everything, a value less company, worst , no experience in handling big projects. Stay Away tone safer.

It was more of the comfort of buying from home, for items you don't go and see yourself like shopping your wardrobe or home furnishing. We made this habit of flipkarting started with low risk items like books and CDs. When the trust started building up, we the customers satrted buying high value ite...ms and other regular stuffs. This is were we realized the immaturity and lack of safety of paying your hard earned money to a virtual seller. Obvious, why should the virtual guy care for you ? Of course this Flipkat guys mis used the trust factor to cheat us. They have no responsibility or loyalty to you. That is where your neighborhood retailer's value to be realized. He may sell you at slightly higher price, but he cant shy away from the responsibility of selling you a non genuine product or closing his ears to your complaints against the item he sold you. At least you deal him face to face. This immature e-tailer guys have some one at their outsourced call center reading out a printed script. And imagine , what could they offer you !!!
There are many phenomena that raised quickly and then declined even at a higher rate. This growth of e-tail in India will face the same situation if the biggies have this kind of attitude. See the rise of similar nature complaints in the last couple of months against flipkart. On the other side, market is so competitive, some one else will use the opportunity and come out with a better customer connect and trustworthy service.
