this was in continuation of the same incident. after registering complaint on Chroma and Here on mouthshut the chroma support staff approached me and handled the incident on priority , they have promised to give my replacement within 2 days of time and also ensure to get it installed on priority t...hrough IFB. lets hope my machine would start functioning soon . Though i wasnt happy with the purchase experience i guess the way they are resolving the incident is good sign that they care about customer. just hope that they ensure all Supply department in future protect the brand .
