The worst thing is other than this automated response and the one phone call asking if we own an aquaguard which requires repair, the company seems to have forgotten about the entire thing. After hounding the service guy he finally says he will bring it. The first day i waited for him for 4 hour...s and he finally doesn't show up saying that its raining and he cant make it and he will come the next day. Next day comes, he says he will come in the afternoon at 3 . He makes me wait another three hours this day. When he shows up he starts wiring up the new power supply which is a 220-30V transformer. He starts connecting up the wires in an ini mini myni mo fashion. Lets try different combinations of connections and see if it works approach. I was just standing there and watching this. Then a burning smell starts to emanate from the transformer, that he seems to be totally unaware of. I pointed that out to him and he then disconnects the transformer and then tries to cool it down. After that, he changes the combination and tries again and then spends the next hour or so figuring out that there is a short which damaged the wiring. I think if a person tests circuits like that hes bound to blow up something so I dunno if he caused it or it was due to something else. When i asked him about it he said that he doesn't know how the person who did the installation wired it. Then i asked him how come they don't have a standardized protocol using certain colors for certain things. In the worst case, he can definitely check the other end to understand how its hooked up, but of course that would be 10 mins more effort since you need to open the other end up. At the end of all that, now i need to wait for him to come back to rewire a section and replace the lock. God knows how much more of my time he is going to waste before this matter gets settled.Read More

Absolutely! I really don't know what to say. Today i get a call asking if we are facing a problem with an aquaguard. Last week they came and took the power supply to the system and went. The only reason they came down is because i called the sales rep and said i want to buy a cctv system and wou...ld not buy from them unless they fixed this. The sales rep ofcourse was promptly at our place in 2 hours. The technician who then came told us that he needs to take it back and then bring the replacement. I said ok and asked him to tell me when. He said 3 days. I told him if he needs more time better tell me now otherwise I would be very upset. He says 3 days is the limit and that we would definitely have it done by then. A week goes by, no sign of the fellow. I call their office again and they want to know whats happening. The office has absolutely no record of what the state of any complaint is. They want to know the name of the technician who came. I mean, seriously, what kind of process are these guys following. Are we now supposed to keep track of all the technicians who come and their phone numbers. Its beyond me how they don't know who attended to a complaint. Finally we manage to get in touch with the guy through the sales rep and then he says its out of stock. I had no words to say to this because i was just so mad. Basically, they don't have the courtesy to let us know that there's going to be a delay. We need to chase them to find out that there's going to be one. The only training this company seems to be giving them is on how to avoid evade the question because all the people i meet from eureka forbes seem to be champions at this.Read More

We purchased a video door phone plus lock system from Eurovigil (Ram Murthy Nagar, Bangalore). They were very good at the demo and pushed hard on the sale. Once the sale was done, they took ONE month to get it fully commissioned. The installation service was very poor, having untrained techni...Read more
