Being a UI developer I can tell that the design is pretty good, though they have many technical faults. The service is also good, but the customer care, it only answers you once you make things public!

@barbara304 : Yeah I guess I ran out of luck but the point is talking about online shopping in general, the customer service for the majority of online stores isn’t hassle free. Focusing on Jabong, I did find it quite impressive in terms of delivery times and quality and still do, even this problem ...wasn’t a big issue but the problem arose once I didn’t get replies to my mails (AND THE ONE’S I DID RECEIVE WERE QUITE IRRELEVANT AND THEY DON’T HAVE ANSWERS TO IT refer : http://img593.imageshack.us/img593/2215/59409505.png ) full and I believe a great customer support is what really can make a difference especially once they make offers such as 30 days return policy and even in general, keeping the customer satisfied should be the goal or they end up degrading their image on the public forums which surely could have been avoided. Something similar happened to me in case of LetsBuy.com (review : http://www.mouthshut.com/review/Letsbuy-com-review-ornrllslon) and gradually they have improved a lot over time and so has their customer support, never faced a problem after this, but the initial concern i.e poor customer support, makes the buyer skeptical about future purchases!Read More
