Hi, I have been using Vodafone post paid connection with a corporate plan (talk corp 249) for more than 2 years now and its not at all a customer friendly service provider.
I had read in newspapers as well as on Vodafone website about the new STD rates, i.e, they have been reduced to Rs. 1.30/min When I inquired about it, I was informed by the customer care (they always increase my concerns instead of solving) that I was required to send an SMS to 56565 with STD as content and the service will be activated in 24 to 48 Hrs. I sent the SMS on 8th May and got the reply that the service will be activated in 48 Hrs and I was happy for once but this happiness didn't lasted for long.
After not receiving any information for next 3 days, I called up customer care and I was informed that the particular service was not for corporate post paid service!! That means I will be loosing money on every STD call, which is totally unacceptable.

I regret using vodafone and am seriously thinking of changing it...

Vodafone was much better when it was Hutch.Only showing in advertisements saying they help customers (with the dog running around), this will not increase the customer base. They seriously need to think about the service provided.
