I and even all of you must have been visiting Cinemas since your Child hood and during Intervals must have thought of eating something may be it is POPCORN OR COLD DRINKS. When I was a school boy I used to enjoy Popcorns and believe me even groundnuts which were very popular during winters in cinemas those days. You were at liberty to spoil the ground of cinema halls. But thank God or the Management of the Cinemas or ourselves that we stopped spoiling the things or may be now we dont like spoiling or defacing any thing because we are very decent people.
Ok let me know come to point. Since my childhood I am surprised and always think why the eatable sold in the Cinema canteens are much more costlier than the market even some times these are double the MRP. Is there no check on them or the law of the land does not apply to them. They are even at liberty to sell the spoiled and out of date stuff. In most of the Cinemas you are not allowed to carry your eatables on the pretext of security reasons.
Will any body clarify and justify the things and bring me out of this confusion.
I am sure you all also think of this and it pinches you when you pay much more than what you actually pay for the stuff in the market. I agree you have the paying capacity, but your concious don’t allow you be to cheated.
