Honestly the driving pleasure on an Ikon is something unmatched with any other car in Indian market, probably even today. Those who can afford the high (relatively as I would say because I havent had any real problems till now) maintenance cost can consider this beast. Normally people tend to buy Ik...on by just getting attracted to the low price in the second hand market without properly examining the car condition with a qualified mechanic. And most of them are from the netizen community and have a good mileage experience with Maruti or so brands. This leads to giving a bad name for Ford later. Btw i am no Ford fan, but feels bad the way a great car has been projected.Read More

I think if there's one DVD shop near by then home delivery doesnt make much sense. Also these shop guys charge heavy fine even for smaller delays. To me if i see how much petrol I've to burn for a DVD otherwise, this makes sense:-)

One thing I could say is that the customer service at Bimal has to improve. They treat the customers like one in a thousand, though thats the truth they can be little more friendly so that the customer wont go to a local service center where more detailed attention is available.
