I ordered a ethnic kurta with the size mentioned on the size chart. it did come on time but the quality of the kurta was horrible. worst quality textile . and the size was also not as mentioned .
So I called them to refund the the product .
Not mind numbing procedure and chep tricks to loot the money began. they said they dont reverse pickup and I would have to courier the thing to their mentiomed addresss and the cash would be transferredd in my account . it was and would take 14-15 days.
Now the procedure is that you have to pack the item and courier them on your money and then they would ask for receipt for courier to pay for courier charges but they wouldn't give any money for the money you spent on courier rather they would give you a coupon worth that money .so that we are forced to buy bad quality product from them again. very dissapointing. please dont use Yepme
