I bought a sandal and shoe polish from YEBHI but the quality of sandal was not good so I had to return both the products. after about 15 days I dreceived a call from Yebhi saying that they have received the products and would I like a gift voucher or a cheque. I asked for a gift voucher. BUT THEY ISSUED THE GIFT VOUCHER FOR THE POLISH ONLY(Rs.20).
Now even after repeatedly calling their CC and complaints the still have not sent me the gidt voucher of the ulll amount(abt Rs.480) although I had returned the products in December. It's now 4 months and still no sight of that Gift Voucher.
