I had purchased one dining set from your outlet on 5th nov 2013.
The dining table were faulty and after repeated complaints and talk with your service executive Mr. Sathish your company replaced the chairs. But the replaced chairs are even worse than the previous ones resulting in damage of our Italian marble floor. We have made several complaints and had talks with your service executive Mr Sathish, who knows the problem.
He committed to visit with his senior several times, but never visited.
This type of service and commitment we never expected from Woodpecker. We are not satisfied with the product and services, kindly take back your product and refund the money.
