Vodafone always serves its customers according to their needs. Its network coverage is very good as it catches network in every place either you go to lifts, metros or basements. For network coverage I would give 4/5. But some times network becomes too busy but overall it is fine. Customer service provided by the vodafone is good, it cares for its customers and serves them very gently. Charges and billing of vodafone are high as they charges anonymous bills to customers which are unknown to them, as I am a customer of vodafone.
