Vodafone - powered to give you headache!. Review on Vodafone Mobile Operator

This review, I am writing based on my experience of using Vodafone mobile for last 10+years.

Initially network and service was pretty good which now is no less than nightmare! Sharing my experience with all so that no one else should get the headache I got!

I started using Vodafone 10 years back and it was billing number, I used to get bill as per the plan but suddenly they started changing my plan without my consent or informing me. After inquiry I came to know that they simply discontinued earlier plan and switched me to another plan! This happened  one or two times and every time they gave me some or other excuse.

After this, I shifted to Europe due to professional commitments and I decided to continue my Vodafone no since it was used for official purposes. After few months my service was simply discontinued without informing me and still I got bills for each month. After repeated calls with customer care(do they really care?) my number was started once again and no one provided explanation as to why I received bills for 1-2 months although no service was provided by them.

I also tried to use there International roaming services, they took charges(around 1000 Rs) and all I got was sms stating that my service is active but I coudn't make any calls or send any sms.

After this worst experience I decided to port my number to Airtel but they are not allowing me to do this either! I initiated the process and paid outstanding bill still this request was turned down by Vodafone. no explanation once again.

Now only option left for me is to discontinue this no, which am doing right now!

Stay away from VODAFONE, it powers you to nothing!
