Health, body, fitness are some of the major components of humans life.Hey guys today my topic is health and gym and I m gonna review on the worst experience of my on vikram bhandari yoga gym.the poor its name the poor its component or environment of gym.first of all it had a really bad infrastructure which distract your mind totally from fitness.it really doesn't have a environment of healthy and good gym.the machines and tools of gym are really worn out and old.the staff nature which is an important factor also dissatisfied me with their rude behavior.so this is not the gym to join for your fitness but its a gym for undevelopment of your fitness.thank u readers.
