This is the incident when I was going to mathura with my family and we were hungry so we decided to stop at this hotel and eat some good food.
Location was good with parking but I felt bad about their service. We sat there and nobody came to take order for around 10 minutes then I went on reception and asked the manager this is how you provide the service to your customers than he sent a waiter on the table and we placed the order.
After waiting 30 minutes we were ready to leave tge place because of delay but waiter came with food and served it to us.
Now again I was disappointed with food quality, there was all water in dal fry and no paneer in shahi paneer, naan were not cooked well. We just ate 2-3 roti and left the place after payment and complain to the owner.
Its not a good hotel so never stop there for food.
