I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with Vijay Sales and Whirlpool. From the very first day of purchase, the refrigerator has had issues, and despite multiple follow-ups with both Whirlpool customer care and the Vijay Sales team, I have received no proper support or resolution.

It is highly unacceptable that a customer is sold a defective product and is then left unheard even after repeated complaints. The lack of responsiveness and accountability from both sides has created serious inconvenience and has completely shaken my trust.
