Thanks for spoiling my moments of Diwali occasion, I order a boat soundbar from my mobile no. as the gift I ordered from you didn't reached on time and secondly there is no update from your customer care. Spoke to many executive from your team but nobody was ever thinking from a customer point of view that it's gift from me to someone in my family. All your executives just gave a fake commitment that we will call you shorly and definately will help you. Some of your star telecallers Prachi, muskan Floor walker, Misba Senior executive non took my concern seriously. This way Vijay sales gives a service to a customer so I must do my word of mouth marketing that nobody should turn up to buy it online from you. There is such a lack on your portal that it doesn't show any update of the order please learn from Amazon or Flipkart as they provide each and every update of the product dispatch. You guys are not also following your given timelines of delivery to a customer and there is no empathy also to inform a customer about the delivery timeline is crossed and notification is also not been shared. A customer is fool for you to call no. Of times and ask for an update. Even though when I ask for a refund your executive happily says that it will take 6 to 7 working days, but on your website it's not mentioned any where about the TAT of refund so how can you say a tat of 6 to 7 working days. Since I paid it thru upi so I should be getting it the same time as I don't want a company to use my amount if that company is not able to fulfill my needs. Just last thing I want to say is I am going to put it on all the social media handle to show how the way your customer service team treats. I kept asking for a senior person to get in touch with me or call me back nobody was concerned. I got an update from a executive Vrushali when I asked for Muskan to come up and have a word with me, she kept me on hold for more than 10 mins and the update I got is she is on lunch and she will connect with you later. I think vijay sales doesn't want to hire team lead or team manager to get the customer service streamlined.
