On 1/4/2015 I requested for their service to assign me a driver. The details of the agreement are in the attached file. As a part of the service they(Santosh - their representative) asked me to give an advance of 13000 rupees which he said would be re-imbursed at the termination of contract.
The assigned driver did not report on time, took money from me in between and took many leaves. When I highlighted this to the agency no action was taken from their end. I ended up missing my office timings due to this irregular driver. Frustrated I wanted to terminate the contract and did so in April itself.
As per the contract I needed to give 30 day notice. Hence I waited till 30 days to ask about the 13000 advance paid to the agency as I had already paid driver salary through advances. This was agreed by the agency that they would reimburse the complete amount to me.
But now they are giving some or the other random reasons to avoid paying the advance amount. They have even stopped responding to my calls. Despite me following up every other day there is no response from them.
NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE.
