I will try not to use offensive words but if at all I used some, please excuse me!
Before joining this company, I have read the reviews about this beautiful(ANTONYM) company on mouthshut and glassdoor but still thought everyone was wrong and joined this company and left this hell within a few months.
On the very first day of joining, I had to go through the intro like everyone does and strangely I was the only one sitting in that intro room. An HR person ran the slides for 30 mins about the benefits offered by this company, then I started realizing that I misjudged everyone who had written reviews on glassdoor and mouthshut. Everyone who had written about this company is absolutely true and if you found any positive reviews, those reviews are written none other by the fu*g management and inefficient HR personnel.
This company should not exist on this earth because I don't consider this as a company at all. Let me explain in detail -
This company's CEO and CTO has no ethics at all. If they really had ethics, they would not hire that idiot director who always loves to point out others(as if this bast*d knows everything).
Every time when he talks to the people, he will say behanchod which is really an abusive word(probably this director behanchod does that at his home every time).
This director MR FR, doesn't know how to respect people. He calls people into his cabin and will make them stand for a long time without even asking them to take a seat. I seriously doubt his parents character(I shouldn't be talking like this but the torture which I had gone through made me write like this).
His bloody parents might have raised this a*hole director in this way.
The management and HR team is nothing but a scumbag.
I would recommend everyone to boycott this company and don't join this company at any cost(even if you're offered a fancy package). The bitches in this company will call the scapegoats when there is an urg requirement and will offer the packages beyond imagination but for sure after joining this company, people will not be able to eat food properly because everyone has to take a lot of disrespect and humiliation from the management bas*ds.
There are many idiots in this company who have been working since 8, 10 years who does not possess any skill set at all. At least 60-70 percent of the people in this company will not get jobs anywhere in this world if they plan to quit this company. People who are seniors will always treat the new joiners like a senior college guy who rags his juniors every time, but those students will get united after freshers party however these so called seniors in this company would always think like they have got brains(poor bas*ds) but no way they don't even know the spelling of a brain.
Aiye(with no respect at all) CEO, CTO(first learn English you MF) and MR.Deepraj(we will need to invent some filthy language to curse you, you bad) please learn how to respect others, I know it would be very difficult for you bads to learn at this stage, but you all can easily learn without paying any fees(miser bas*s) by visiting an LKG kid who knows how to RESPECT humans.
ALSO, IF YOU BASS LOVE TO DEGRADE THE HYDERABADIS THEN GET THE FK OUT OF OUR PLACE AND SET UP THE COMPANY IN kOLKATTA. IF YOU MFs REALLY WANT TO CHANGE THE WAY YOU BEHAVE, THEN STOP STARRING AT THE PEOPLE, BE OPEN TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK(IF NOT, DON'T CALL THE POOR GUYS INTO THE ROOM AND HUMILIATE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE) AND STOP TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEES IN BENGALI OR ANY OTHER REGIONAL LANGUAGES. IF YOU BAS*S DON'T KNOW ENGLISH, THEN LEARN IT FIRST! IF YOU DON'T STOP SAYING BEHANCHOD, THEN YOU(DIRECTOR) WILL DEFINITELY GET IT FROM THE PEOPLE.
F*k you HRs, top management and the idiots who thinks they are brilliant!
DON'T PLAY WITH THE EMPLOYEES CAREER. REMEMBER'WHAT GOES AROUND COME AROUND'
PEOPLE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL AND IF YOU RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALL FROM THE HR, ASK THEM TO F*K OFF! OR ASK THEM TO WHO SOME GUTS BY SACKING MR. DEEPRAJ WHO ALWAYS LOVE TO SACK OTHERS.
I had to give 1 star forcibly to this F*ing company since there was no other option available.
