This is the worst consulting firm. They will hire you as freshers and will say that they will pay less initially. After some time they will send you to client places on contract basis by putting fake experiences around 3-5 years of experience even though you are a fresher in SAP.
Then they will demand high amounts from the clients(around 40 - 60K per month) but try to pay you very less for which they promised to give you as a fresher approx. around 7K per month. Even after 1 year of your contract they will not give you proper increments and even they wont listen to your words at all. Also they will screw up the career of their employees by taking a bond and taking all the original docs. By the time we got a very good opportunity they wont give the docs even though we are ready to pay the notice period amount. I have not seen this kind of worst consulting firm.
SO I advice freshers. Join only if you are a fresh graduate looking for a job. But my best recommendation is try to avoid it and join in good consulting firms who are paying you double the amount which vcentric is going to pay you.
