I have joined in vCentric on Aug 2007 and worked up to Nov 2011.I feel I am having all rights to talk about vCentric. When I have joined in vCentric it was hardly a 13 Ppl Organization, Now it is almost 300+ Ppl Company.
I have joined as a raw material and now working with a CMM level company with salary of 4 times when I had joined with vCentric. Yes they are not pay masters but, if we prove we are the best in technology and committed .We are definitely compensated as per the market or more than market standards.
Learning Curve : Vcentric is a podium to learn from learner stage to proficient stage in their respective fields .
Nag Gupta : We will see a true entrepreneur at heart and soul. He never lets himself be constrained with the responsibilities and he always try to reach for more and has an eerie ability to be creative in all his endeavors. He is not only a visionary but also seamlessly executes his plans and possesses the leadership skills to motivate the entire organization and is able to effectively stir them towards the End Result. I strongly recommend Mr. Nag Gupta and would definitely like to work with him again in the future.
Recreation: Excellent recreation programs like.
Birthday celebration for the month:Each and every resource Birthday will be celebrated on the Last Friday 4:00 PM of every Month.
Outing Programs :All most all the times after Go Live and any achievement or any new joining in our team we use to go to Lunch .
Every Anniversary we use to go for outing to resorts.
Republic Day Celebrations, Diwali Celebrations, New Year Celebrations, and ForRamzan we will be having Iftar party with Saudi Delegates.
But an employee who works for atleast 2 yrs only can understand all these positives in the organization.
It’s a quality manufacturing unit which converts raw ppl in to Solid SAP consultants.
For better understanding for the organization we must be Ethical and committed at work place rest everything will be habituated accordingly.
