Dirty tricks, commercial, no value & respect towards employees, no job security, no response when required. Mgmt works on references, commercial factors. No ethics, no professionalism. Growth's percentage is absolutely "0". I advice not to enter such a horrible place "for new entrants" as they will lose interest in private firms & for experienced for getting frustrated with all in the world to be faced by them.
Wish company shuts immediately instead of spoiling 100's careers.
