Guys. this review is for your own good those who want to go for interview as a fresher in SAP. I will share you my entire experience through the process of interview, and you will get to know what king of a company it is.
Firstly Vcentric is just a consultancy firm. However they have small SAP support team for showoff. They are currently recruiting SAP freshers for IBM. they will recruit us and sell us to IBM. In turn they will get half of our salary. we get only 25k per month.
Dont get so happy listening that you will get 25k, At least we are getting job. I will tell you. The company says they are recruiting for vcentric and they have there own projects. salary 10k per month. 3 years bond. 10th and inter certificates needed. blah blah blah. They will take short interview. they will send offer confirmation mail and they will congratulate you that you were selected. no pay for until 3 months training. we will inform you when the training starts. after some days you will get a call that every body is not agree with 3 years bond and 10k salary those who attended the interview, so we are conducting another interview in order to increase salary to 25k and bond will be 2 years. if you are not selected you will be removed from vcentric. I got shocked listening to this.
After 1 week they interviewed me and the interviewer asked me experienced real-time questions and rejected me. that's it. they kicked me off from vcentric. I wasted entire 2 months for this crap and missed many other opportunities. I cannot tell the truth to my family and friends. I lose my shame.
Finally guys they will select 3 or 4 guys out of 100's. beware guys . that's it. go and crack the job if you have good subject. but if you are not confident enough dont waste your precious time. learn good subject and apply to MN C's and good companies, not like this companies. Big companies says just yes or no immediately. this kind of companies will eat 2 months and you will get worst experience.
