Its the very best protein I i like to recommend everyone as it gives 30g of serving woth 25g protein in it and it also very cost effective just 3500 for 2.39 kgs .very much vheaper than on gold standard whey .but its flavor chocolate somewhat doesn't suit my tongue so plz try another flavor. like american ice cream vanila and many more exciting flavors are there
