I would like to share the worst experience with titan watch.
Hence, I would like to share on the social media for awareness about this fake customer service company.
I had bought a titan ND9324SM04J watch from Tirumalgiri showroom In Secunderabad. The watch was a defected piece and hence had issues in the first week only. So I got it serviced in titan care.
Henceforth, its 2 months and I have got repeated issues for more than 4 times. As I visited Secunderabad, I went to the showroom and showed them the guarantee and warranty card. The showroom people are not at all taking any responsibility of liability for the issues in the watch.
I would also like to say that when I saw the guest suggestion book, there were hardly comments of positive services. Therefore, I would like to report and create an awareness about this fake brand cheating the customers.
