I am a **VICTIM...DON'T BE ONE**. Timtara is one **BIG CHEAT** website.
I purchased 2 products on 9th and 11th December 2012. None of the items delivered (not even shipped) yet.
They don't respond to online complaints or e-mails. They will only reply to your first online complaint with a template response and will not respond to any subsequent follow ups. They will attend your telephone calls but will not cancel order or refund money even when the deadline for delivery is past and they haven't even shipped. The customer care executives are seasoned so don't bother to waste your time by cursing them.
So what do you do. If you are already a victim like me the only way out is if you have paid using your credit card. Any other payment mode and you are doomed. For credit card payment send a CDF to the bank and you will get your refund.
