I called Tikona sales representative, He(Kumar 9986466633) came to my house and he explained that around 30 connection in this area and all connection are very good condition.
I paid Rs 3000(three thousand) for six months rental plan. After that no body called me for three days, after three days one technical guy called me and said that he is busy and he will come after some time. I am keep on calling that guy, after two days he came and installed on 12/06/12. Two days it has worked, after that it got disconnected. Connection wizard showing that "Limited or no connectivity ". I lodged a complaint(ref: 1-2359185206) in customer care, that time customer care executive told me that, there is some problem in access point and it will resolve within two hours. Next day I called to customer care regarding the same issue which is not resolved, that time he said it will take 24 hours. After 24hrs I called again for same issue, the said it will resolve on tomorrow. On third day of I contacted again at customer care, they said technical team call you and he will come to your home to resolve the issue. No body came so far.
I am requesting every body, do not waste your hard earned money. Tikona are full of cheaters from the sales representative to Head office peoples. Please go through the review in internet before taking connection from this type of cheaters.
