We are old Thomas Cook customers so we are OK with their on tour services by and large. The hotel in Vienna was not up to the standard expected and the breakfast buffets are getting worse as the tour progresses.
Abhishek is doing a good job of managing the tour and trying to ensure that all the people have a good time in spite of the weather.
I have only given 3 stars for the entire tour because of
The pre tour experience because the visa processing was not handled well.
The ticket rates were charged extra till I pointed out the mistake. The Indian menus on tour could have done with a little more thought as they were repetitive
Again I will rate Abhishek as the best Tour manage to date.
