PACIFIC HOLIDAYS have a great legacy of Fraud, Malpractices, looting the customers hard earned money, Blackmailing the customers, and doing false commitment. This company dont have any ethics their primary moto is to extract money from the customer. I can prove this along the evidences.
a. First while purchasing the membership, it was committed that only the AMC 8500/-+gst would be taken and apart from that nothing would be taken from the customer. But while going for any booking, they add rs. 4000/- for breakfast for a hotel whose room cost is 3000. When you will negotiate and threaten them to cancel the membership soon they will remove the breakfast. Thus I request all the members dont pay for breakfast instead threaten them and negotiate with them.
b. Second while purchasing the membership, it was given me AMC FREE week as the part of offer. Same has been showing in their application. Check the attachment. Now they are saying that it will be activated after paying the membership fees. I never understood what the meaning of AMC FREE WEEK as per Pacific.
c. The primary objective of pacific is to extract the money from the customer by anyhow.
d. The properties given by the Pacific are the 2star properties whose price is 2500-3000 and same can be booked on the agoda etc, anytime with the breakfast @600-700 per person. Same breakfast is given by the pacific by keeping their profit margin 4000/- Check the screenshots.
e. They have a great expertise of ruining your holiday plans. Moreover they dont have any properties in the places like Varanasi, and Ayodhya(Check the attachment). They have already ruined my 3-4 planned holidays.
f. At their app, they show the hotels like Radisson, Royal orchids, Honeymoon inn, park inn. Same hotels dont entertain them any way and. Check their options in the attachment.
g. I would request all the new customers to beware from this fraud company and if you are their member then dont pay for their breakfast. Negotiate for the breakfast.
h. Its already mentioned in my contract that breakfast will be proved at an additional cost only on the request of the customers.
