They are ONLY deserving for negative ratings, I am surprised after seeing 4.2 rating on such good platform.
Beware of PACIFIC HOLIDAY / Fortune Park Vacation
I have been a paid member(Membership ID: FPVUPN700457) of PACIFIC HOLIDAY / Fortune Park Vacation since 2022
In the first year, I got only 5-night confirmed booking after sending multiple followups, and since then, it has been a constant struggle to get any booking approved.
Every time I request a booking, I receive the same repeated email:
We would like to inform you that we are sold out for [Location] as of now. So we request you to kindly share your booking request after the month of [Month]. The team will assist you accordingly.
Even after following up month after month, I always get the same response.
Its been over two years, and I havent been able to avail any holidays despite multiple attempts.
During the sales session, they showed us luxurious 5-star properties and made countless promises.
However, in reality, you will never get those properties.
After making the payment, their marketing team stops responding once you complete your first trip(and they make sure to collect a 5-star review at that time).
Their 4+ star online reviews are mostly based on that first trip experience(or paid review), which is used to lure new customers.
After the first booking, No refund is possible(as per their terms and conditions), and
Youre left helpless and ignored.
I strongly believe this is a scam, preying on middle-class families who trust their promises.
I will soon share proof and communication screenshots for transparency.
