I have been on Dhamaka 199 package of Tata Sky.In the past, I have upgraded to Dhamaka English for sometimes but again I downgraded as I didnt found anything substantial in higher package.Services gets worst During windy season and rainy season.The remote and its features are also complex navigate for my parents.when I am not at home my old aged parents find it difficult to search and find channels.Picture quality is good but there is payoff when you try to conmect customer service you have to give away atleast 310 min to get through a representative and that too needs explaination of problem and in case your call gets transferred to its manager you hve to explain everything again.Its a very painful experience as customer pays the company his hard earned money and in order to listen to their problem they create a circus of IVR menus.Not reccomended.I dont watch TV anymore, I have kept it for my parents only.
