I opted for TV499/- STD Post Paid Connection, They promised**(Representative Name:- Mr. Habib)** me for my own fancy number which I never got. Finally after 4 days I got a number which was of not my selection. Then I registered my account on TaTaDoCoMo site and checked my plan, but they activated TV299/- Plan. Then I raised a complaint for changing the plan, they promised me that it will be resolved within **24 hrs, **but.after several follows ups and so many calls to customer care there was no proper response and resolution from there end.(False Commitments from Customer Service and their Representatives).
One fine day suddenly my outgoing calls was barred, I called up customer care, they informed me that my Adress **Verification Negative, ** I asked the name of the representative who made verification they said **"No records available sir".** I asked them when he visited to my place.answer was the same **"No records available sir".
*I asked them, "When my address Verification is Negative, How I would recieve Welcome Note from TATADOCOMO". There was no answer.!. by this we can understand there is no proper communication and a good process to follow up among the team.
I highly discourage people to opt for a TaTaDoCoMo connection, since network is highly unreliable and pooooooor service.
