I bought this cooler 2 weeks back and till 10 days of purchase it was working perfect.
Cooling is good, I am using it in living room so I can say its good for a small room.
Good air throw but few things are negative and one big issue which I am facing after 10 days usage.
Issue is its automation I mean its remote control feature. Its flaps are not moving horizontaly now they got stuck even can not adjust them manually.
I bought it from amazon and product is now out of 7 days replacement period so I need to contact symphony service centre now.
It has high blower sound which irritates.
Good thong is only its cooling.
Rest all features and my experience is not good so far.
