Customer Service:

I was a customer of Sbi. The customer care is not satisfactory. It takes lot of time for transactions and dealings. It's difficult to go with this bank as they have a lot of regulations. ATM service is also not satisfactory. Minimum balance to keep us very high for normal people to afford.The charges they make for transactions are also not fair.
