CUSTOMER IS NOT A KING THERE. Review on State Bank Of India

State bank of India which is called the LARGEST PUBLIC SECTOR BANK OF INDIA is one of the most trusted banks by Indians all over the world.

But their bad POLICIES and bad CUSTOMER SERVICE makes many of the bankers sad INCLUDING ME.

I had many Bad experiences of these bank clerks making us wait for long time even if the queue length is zero.

Sometimes they Behave in rude way when you ASK A Doubt in FILLING A FORM .

Sometimes they act like they dont care about us.Even if we call them Sir or Ma'am

Actually like in western Countries where "CUSTOMER IS THE KING" is very much sounded.but here customer have to try hard to get services done.

Maybe those staffs think that this is a GOVERNMENT JOB and they will get their salary even though they dont work sincerely.

This must be CHANGED SOON.

I got surprised by the SERVICE A PRIVATE BANK OFFERS AND THEIR WAY OF MANNERISM THEY SHOW TO A CUSTOMER.
