I thought i purchased 3 year premium policy so my family is safe. But honestly telling you dont purchase any policy in star health you will not get claim from star health at all. Even though the claimed amount is lesser than the allowed cost and it is lesser than what I paid as a premium. Still they didnt approved my claim. There are multiple policy providers in India as a well wisher I am telling everyone please do not purchase policy in star health. The world is moved to digital but still the star health is in Stone Age.
