Worst tour operator for Mukthinath. Review on Sree Travels, Chennai

Sree travels chennai is the worst travel agency I have ever seen. we saw an advertisement about the travel agency in a jaya tv tamil programme on saturday " Arul tharum Alayangal". we called and booked with them.one lady named padma was communicating with us all the time. we paid them 19000 rs+ flight tickets from bangalore-katmandu-bangalore-17000 Rs=36000 Rs Their tour programme Mukthinath yatra by flight was attractive to look at. so we booked with them.

since we arrrived to kathmandu airport, no one was there to pick up.

then we called to sree travels chennai and they told some one called munna will come and pick up.

and gave that fellow;s mobile number.

agter 2 hours a tall, fair, (ali) no 9 like looking wearing 10 rings in all the fingers came to the airport. he was not able to talk In english or tamil.

This so called munna introduced himself that he is the brother of satish who is the director of Sree travels.

he took us to a rudraksh shop we are vaishnivites and we told him clearly we r not intersted in rudraksha, but he was again and again telling us to buy, then finally we came to know that he owns that shop. his aim was to sell shaligram but not to take us to the hotel. on that we missed budanilkanta sleeping vishnu temple because of this unbarrable idiot MUNNA.(his/her shop name is AGARWAL RUDRAKSH BHANDAR they were no preparations for brahminfood. no cooks, no guide, no flight ticket. nothing . it was a one man sorry woman sorry ali show. when we reached our flight ticket timings was at 10:00am and that day flight did not flew. eventhough we waited in pokra for 2 days we did not able to have the dharshan and we had to fly back to home.Sree travels did not keep up their words.

Everything went in vain, our money, time and most of all we were kept in suspense everywhere.

nothing was told and everything told by sree travels, in chennai did not happened.

so dont opt this agency for any tour. they are lousy period.When we came back and asked them for refund they toid we have clearly that no refund will me made for mukthinath yatra even if you can cancel before 15 days and we cannot give you a single paisa for flight tickets. their attitude and behaviour after booking the tour was like a rowdies. our November trip to Mukthinath was a mess.
