I am writing this to share my grievance wherein I purchased a car from Spinny in 2023 but had to sell it out back to Spinny in 2015 due to engine problem being faced. When i sold this car on 25th August i was told that i will get a discount of Rs 10000 on the car if I buy again from spinny within six months . I again selected a Hyundai I10 car for home test drive which I was getting for 283000 after discount but when the car came it was having decent interiors but faulty AC. The AC was not cooling properly and was giving hot and cold air from different vents at same time. Though the guy who came to show the car and later the sales person insisted me to book the car by paying 10, 000 which i didnt do beacuse the car AC was faulty .The next day they said the car has been repaired but they increased the rate which I feel was cheating to 3lakh 9 thousand. When I raised the issue with the sales person and customer care they said that they can't do anything about it..that means they added the repair cost of the AC and increased the price and also the customer care executive is saying to show me the written commitment about where the discount has been offered for 6 months...while buying or selling the car they are so sweet but afterwards their behavior is atrocious. ALSO THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SELL MY OLD CAR AND A SECURITY MONEY OF 20000 IS LYING WITH THEM WHICH THEY KEPT IT WHILE I SOLD THE CAR BACK TO THEM
