Rude Behaviour by manager and waiter. Review on Soul Curry, Bhandup, Mumbai

I would like to inform you that we are going this hotel last 2years every sat and sunday but this saturday when we went this hotel one of the waiter said(Aap log kha kar jaldi chale jana aaplog time lagate ho) then I said called your manager I will have a word with him but guess how they treated their guest manager told me mam apka utna bill bhi nhi hota isiliye bola bcoz aur guest bhi hote hai .I really don't understand how can they talk nonsence like this secondly every time our bill above INR.1500.See if we are sitting more than 40mins also we are ordering something being a manager this is not the way to speak to your guest how can they say jaldi jao kha kar wherein they know we are old customer, they are not giving us food for free.I am really upset with there service after that issued I had noticed now whenever we asked for chicken crispy is they give us within 3min you guys just imagine we are asking for crispy how its possible crispy item they can bring within 3 min so what will be the taste? If you want to spent only 15min for lunch or dinner then I will highly recommend this hotel otherwise pls don't go .Manager have no ethics how to treat your guest how to talk disgusting.Worst Experience ever:(
