Do not trust their policy of easy returns especially when you have 100% advance. They take their own time to refund the money.
4 business days starts when they acknowledge. So better to take delivery, if you have paid the money and stop dealing with them, in future. Flipkart used to be like this. Now it is much better. Do not know about Amazon. By the way, getting to their customer support is very difficult through the app.
