I usually shop a lot online, but I had never tried Snapdeal, so I decided to buy something on Snapdeal. As I was going through their website, I saw that they had a very good collection of puma shoes. I selected black stylish casual wear and made the payment online. After 5 days I received the product and it was a fake puma shoe. They had sent a proper replica of the shoe and it was so evident. I called the customer care and they told me that all their products are original and I can return the product if I don't like it. I returned it and got my cash refunded. My first experience with Snapdeal was the worst experience.
