I ordered a refrigerator from snapdeal on 9th of June and I am still waiting for the delivery! Customer service will raise a complaint and will keep following on the same however nothing will happen and seller will ship the product with his convenience only.
Absolutely no control on product quality/shipment as they only act as a media between seller and buyer. Alternatively use ebay as atleast your money gets automatchandru021y refunded once the seller violates his deadline, here no choice! keep calling customer care!
Stay away or you will loose faith in online shopping!!
I am updating this review after 4 more days to let everyone know that my order is still not delivered@#$% It has really SNAPPED My ZEAL.
