Recently I had ordered a sofa cum bed in their website after coming across several positive reviews about the company,
However I have never seen such a worst customer care in my whole life, they give reply politely and make you believe that they are going to resolve our problem, but it never happens.
I had made full payment three weeks before for one sofa cum bed, but till date I didnt receive a courier tracking number and their customer care is just passing days by diverting the issue by lame excuses.
So those whoever decided to purchase sleepyhead product, just think about other alternative brands to have a hassle free experience.
