I have used this Airlines lot of times while travelling from Mumbai to Sydney with a stopover at Singapore.
So far the airlines has proved to be upto the mark for it's reputation and service.
The food is good and there is variety for everyone starting from Indian Veg, Jain to continental as well. I would suggest that you confirm your food preferences well in advance to avoid any goof up.
They have got a great cabin crew and good service, they are very helpful and always smiling.
The inflight entertainment is good they have the updated information as well.
I would suggest that get in it and experience the same. You will love it.
