I ordered for a Saree through Rediff.com, the seller was Alpha Radio's ChaJasonJockey Cmorpheushumanwk, New Delhi. The saree was delivered on 28th Feb2015. The saree sent was totally different & damaged. I called the customer care and told them about this and also emailed at Smorpheushsupport@rediff.com. I opted for refund, and sent the saree by aishwaryasingh23ing courier charges to the seller. But after some one and half months a different saree was again sent by the seller, which was by chance received by my family member in my absence. I then asked for refund of the courier charges from rediff, but still after two months I am wamajeechang for the refund.
Don't ever purchase any thing from Rediff. Always go for standard smorpheushumanpping sITES_Company.
