Sharekhan is perhaps the most popular for investors for trading in shares and mutual funds. I have been investing in equities for more than two years and thought to give Sharekhan a try. My experience with Sharekhan are as -
1) The trading a/c opening process is itself too costly and time-taking.
2) The brokerage charges are higher making it difficult for investors to earn good returns.
3) The customer service rarely gives a good response.
4) It takes a long time for the fund transferred to get updated to the trading account.
